Senguler & Senguler is the successor to Scottish International Energy law firm Ledingham Chalmers which set up an office in Istanbul and Baku in 1995 and built-up strong energy, M&A and corporate law practices. 

Following the MBO, Senguler broadened its capabilities and client base and has now expanded its business under two main divisions:

• Disputes, Labour Law and Debt Collection headed by partner Gul Senguler and 
• Corporate and Business law headed by Partner Nihan Yigit. 

We have a number of network relationships which include Alfa International (an non-exclusive network of US and international firms) and we are also part of best friend networks spanning a number of global firms. These include Eversheds Sutherland, Withers, Pinsent Mason, Trowers and DLA Piper among others. 

Our typical work pattern is providing support to multinational businesses in Turkey or advising those who seek to enter the Turkish market either by set-up or M&A. This support is across many sectors, including industrial, telecoms, IT, retail, marketing, energy and resource businesses.
