Jonathan is senior partner at Şengüler & Partners with nearly 25 years’ experience in the Turkish legal market. He has built up a significant practice advising clients in a variety of sectors with significant experience in M&A, energy, finance, banking and project work.
Being able to negotiate and draft in Turkish, together with his knowledge of the local market, he has helped many foreign investors navigate the tricky waters of the legal and regulatory regime.
Advising on M&A deals and providing day to day support on corporate matters for multinational clients forms an integral part of his practice.
Jonathan is also a qualified arbitrator, sitting in ICC cases.
